With over 20 years’ experience in the Scottish Recruitment Market, Jill set up Cullen Recruitment in September 2021 with the desire to work closer with her strong network of clients and candidates across Scotland and afar.

Jill is extremely passionate about the recruitment industry and strives to provide a professional service through building strong, open and honest relationships with both candidates and clients.

Jill’s areas of specialism for temporary, contract and Permanent recruitment include: Sales, Customer Services, Languages, Marketing, Procurement, Offices Service, Construction, Trades, Civils, Production, M&E and IT roles up to senior level.

Administration & Finance Manager

Marianne provides administrative support to the team and runs the finance department to allow Jill to spend her time with clients and candidates.

Back office functions, managing finances and marketing are Marianne’s strengths with over 10 year’s experience of working in a corporate office environment.
